From team catch-ups to new challenges, we’re back in action!
Welcome to the second edition of Intrepid's News for 2025! Over the past three months, we've celebrated major milestones, welcomed a new team member, and recognised incredible personal achievements. From exciting company developments to individual successes, there's plenty to share, read on for all the latest updates!
Intrepid welcomed Jamal to the team in June to work alongside Riley, Crispin and Alfred on the Intrepid Service Desk and with our clients.

We celebrated work anniversaries for Alfred and Crispin over this quarter.
We’re proud to have both Alfred and Crispin as part of the Intrepid team, here’s to everything they’ve achieved so far and all that’s still to come!
Alfred joined Intrepid in April 2022 and, over the past few years, has continued to grow and thrive in his role. He’s become an invaluable part of both our services and projects teams. Always reliable, always a pleasure to work with.
Crispin came on board just a month later in May 2022, and it’s safe to say there’s little he can’t do. His technical expertise is second to none, and he’s the go-to person for advice, solutions, and support.
As part of our partnership with leading health provider Vitality, Intrepid was delighted to be represented at a recent breakfast event held at Vitality’s head office.
Our very own Joni, Intrepid’s Vitality Champion, had the opportunity to connect with other workplace wellness champions to share ideas, discuss common challenges, and explore new ways Vitality can better support employee wellbeing across organisations.
It was a valuable morning of collaboration, inspiration, and insight.
One of our team members, a keen LEGO enthusiast, has recently rediscovered his passion for building after many years away. He finds the process immersive and relaxing, often losing track of time while working on a project.

June Challenge Complete!
Joni Duncan set out to cover 60 miles for The National Autistic Society, and we did it!
”It was a challenge shared with my teen, and together we reached the goal. I had hoped to run all the miles, but an injury meant switching to walking. I’ll admit, I was hard on myself at first, but then I reminded myself: it’s not about how we complete it, just that we do.”
In June, Intrepid held its second Town Hall of the year, a great opportunity for the team to come together for a much-needed in-person catch-up at the London office. These sessions are always a chance to reflect on how the business is doing, celebrate progress, and look ahead to what’s coming next.
